- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Egg - 1
- Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup

- Onion - 1, finely chopped
- Ground lamb - 1 pound
- Ground beef - 1 pound

- Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Shape the mixture into small, oval meatballs.

- Cook the kofte for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and no longer pink in the middle.
