Ingredients - Serves 2
- Nori (seaweed) - 2 sheets, cut into strips
- Green onions - 2, thinly sliced

- Fried tofu (aburaage) - 2 pieces
- Dashi broth - 4 cups
- Udon noodles - 8 ounces
Let's Get Started
