  1. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Add the chicken thighs and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken thighs for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing into strips.
