These flavorful kimchi tacos are a fusion of Korean and Mexican cuisines, combining spicy and tangy kimchi with savory grilled meat and fresh toppings.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Sriracha sauce - To taste
- Green onions - 2, sliced
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Tortillas - 8 small flour tortillas
- Kimchi - 1 cup, chopped
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Boneless chicken thighs - 1 pound

- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Add the chicken thighs and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
