Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour to make a roux, cooking for about 1 minute.
  4. Gradually whisk in the milk, then bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
  5. Remove the saucepan from the heat, then stir in the cheese until melted. Add the kimchi, salt, and pepper, then fold in the cooked macaroni.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, then bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with the chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
