Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add pork belly and cook until browned.
  3. Add garlic, onion, and chopped kimchi. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
  4. Add gochujang and soy sauce. Mix well.
  5. Pour in water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Add tofu and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  7. Season with salt to taste.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  9. Serve hot with cooked rice.
