Let's Get Started

  1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the lamb and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. Add the chopped onion, carrots, potatoes, cabbage, garlic, and ginger. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add enough water to cover the ingredients and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the lamb is tender.
  6. Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  7. Once the lamb is tender, season with soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste.
  8. Add the cooked noodles to the pot and stir to combine.
  9. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
  10. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
