  4. Thread the marinated lamb slices onto skewers, alternating with the sliced vegetables.
  5. Grill the skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness and the vegetables are tender.
  6. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
