Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the diced onion, minced garlic, carrots, and celery to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the frozen peas, tomato paste, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, steam the cauliflower florets until tender. Drain well.
  6. In a separate bowl, mash the cauliflower with butter, heavy cream, and grated Parmesan cheese until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Transfer the beef and vegetable mixture to a baking dish. Spread the cauliflower mash evenly over the top.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden and the filling is bubbling.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
