- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Provolone cheese - 4 slices
- Green bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
- Onion - 1 large, thinly sliced
- Ribeye steak - 1 pound, thinly sliced
- Bell peppers - 4 large
