- Unsweetened cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons
- Stevia or low-carb sweetener - 2 tablespoons
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Heavy cream - 1/2 cup
- Dark chocolate - 8 ounces
Let's Get Started
- Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and place it in a heatproof bowl.
- In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream and butter over low heat until the butter is melted and the mixture is hot but not boiling.
