This keto-friendly chicken piccata is a delicious and low-carb version of the classic Italian dish.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Capers - 2 tablespoons
- Lemon juice - 1/4 cup
- Chicken broth - 1 cup
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Almond flour - 1/2 cup
- Chicken breasts - 4 boneless, skinless

- In a shallow dish, combine almond flour, salt, and black pepper.
- Dredge the chicken breasts in the almond flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
