  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the Brussels sprouts and cook for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until hot but not boiling.
  4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined and the cheese is melted.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour and melted butter together to form a crumbly mixture.
  6. Place the blanched Brussels sprouts in a baking dish and pour the cheese sauce over them. Mix well to coat the sprouts.
  7. Sprinkle the almond flour mixture evenly over the top of the Brussels sprouts.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
