Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a blender, combine the milk, eggs, flour, salt, and 2 tablespoons of melted butter. Blend until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the skillet and swirl to evenly coat the bottom. Cook until the crêpe is golden on the bottom, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for 1 minute. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  3. In a separate skillet, combine the sugar, orange juice, and orange zest. Cook over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved.
  4. Stir in the Grand Marnier and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the 4 tablespoons of butter to the skillet, one at a time, stirring until melted.
  6. Fold the crêpes into quarters and add them to the skillet. Spoon the sauce over the crêpes and cook for 1 minute.
  7. Serve the crêpes warm with the sauce.
