Ingredients - Serves 4
- Green onions - 2, sliced, for garnish
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon, for garnish
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Xanthan gum (optional, for thickening) - 1/2 teaspoon
- Beef broth - 1/2 cup
- Erythritol (or your preferred keto-friendly sweetener) - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 3 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Broccoli florets - 4 cups
- Beef sirloin - 1 lb, thinly sliced
Let's Get Started
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.
