Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Form into small meatballs.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the onion and cook until softened. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook until the tomatoes break down into a sauce.
  4. Return the meatballs to the pan and simmer in the sauce for 20 minutes.
  5. Make four wells in the sauce and crack an egg into each well. Cover the pan and cook until the eggs are set.
  6. Serve the meatballs and sauce with bread for dipping.
