Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and green chili. Sauté for another minute.
  4. Add the ground meat and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
  5. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  6. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.
  7. Cover the pan and let the meat cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Add the peas and cook for another 5 minutes, until they are tender.
  9. Sprinkle garam masala and mix well.
  10. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan bread.
