Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, combine the pork, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, coriander, and black pepper. Marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  2. Soak the sticky rice in water for at least 2 hours, or overnight if possible. Drain.
  3. Steam the sticky rice for 15-20 minutes, or until it becomes translucent and sticky.
  4. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Grill the marinated pork for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until it is cooked through and slightly charred.
  6. Serve the grilled pork with the sticky rice.
