Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Soak the vermicelli noodles in warm water for 15 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the pork intestine and cook until browned. Add the soy sauce, rice wine, and white pepper and stir well.
  4. Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Add the oysters and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the soup thickens.
  7. Add the vermicelli noodles and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the noodles are tender.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with cilantro.
