Indian Fried Coconut Prawns

- Fresh cilantro - For garnish
- Vegetable oil - For frying
- Coconut flakes - 1 cup
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
- Prawns - 1 pound, peeled and deveined

- In a bowl, combine the coconut milk, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
