Inari Sushi

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Rice vinegar - 1/4 cup
- Inari age - 10 pouches
- Sushi rice - 2 cups
Let's Get Started
- Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions.
- In a small saucepan, combine the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Heat over medium heat until the sugar and salt have dissolved.
- Once the rice is cooked, transfer it to a large bowl and let it cool slightly. Then, pour the vinegar mixture over the rice and mix well.
- Open the Inari Age pouches and stuff them with the sushi rice.
- Sprinkle the Inari Sushi with sesame seeds before serving.
