Let's Get Started

  1. Place the eggs in a pot of cold water. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain the eggs and let them cool. Once they are cool, peel the eggs.
  3. Cut the eggs in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  4. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika to the yolks. Mash everything together until smooth.
  5. Spoon the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  6. Sprinkle the eggs with the chopped chives and serve.
