Ingredients - Serves 2

Let's Get Started

  1. In a blender, combine the rice, cinnamon sticks, and 2 cups of water.
  2. Blend on high until the rice and cinnamon sticks are finely ground.
  3. Add the remaining 2 cups of water and blend again.
  4. Place a fine-mesh strainer over a large bowl and pour the rice mixture through the strainer, pressing down with a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible.
  5. Discard the rice solids and transfer the strained horchata to a pitcher.
  6. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
  7. Fill two glasses with ice cubes.
  8. Pour 1/2 cup of cold brew coffee into each glass.
  9. Top with the horchata mixture.
  10. Sprinkle ground cinnamon on top for garnish.
  11. Stir gently and enjoy!
