Ingredients - Serves 6

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over high heat.
  2. Add the sliced meat and cook until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add the onion, carrots, potatoes, bell peppers, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Return the cooked meat to the pan and mix well with the vegetables.
  5. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  6. Cover the pan and cook for 30 minutes, or until the meat is tender and the vegetables are cooked through.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
  8. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
