Chapssal Donuts

- Powdered sugar - For dusting
- Vegetable oil - For frying
- Red bean paste - 1 cup
- Sugar - 1/4 cup
- Water - 1 cup
- Sweet rice flour - 2 cups
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, mix the sweet rice flour, sugar, and water until well combined.
- Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes. Stir the mixture and microwave again for 2 minutes.
- Let the dough cool for a while, then knead it until it becomes smooth.
- Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces. Flatten each piece and put a spoonful of red bean paste in the center. Seal the dough and shape it into a ball.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the donuts until they are golden brown.
- Drain the donuts on a paper towel and dust them with powdered sugar before serving.
