  1. In a bowl, mix the sweet rice flour, sugar, and water until well combined.
  2. Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes. Stir the mixture and microwave again for 2 minutes.
  3. Let the dough cool for a while, then knead it until it becomes smooth.
  4. Divide the dough into 10 equal pieces. Flatten each piece and put a spoonful of red bean paste in the center. Seal the dough and shape it into a ball.
  5. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the donuts until they are golden brown.
  6. Drain the donuts on a paper towel and dust them with powdered sugar before serving.
