Homemade Biscuits

Ingredients - Serves 12

Let's Get Started

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the cold cubed butter to the flour mixture. Use a pastry cutter or your fingers to cut the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Make a well in the center of the mixture and pour in the milk and honey. Stir until just combined.
  5. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and gently knead it a few times until it comes together.
  6. Roll out the dough to a 1-inch thickness. Use a biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
