  1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the lemongrass, ginger, shallots, and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the baby clams and cook until they open up.
  4. Remove the clams from the pot and set aside.
  5. In the same pot, add the chicken broth, fish sauce, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
  6. Add the rice crackers and cook for a few minutes until they soften.
  7. Return the clams to the pot and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  8. Serve the Hen Xuc Banh Da in bowls, garnished with scallions and cilantro.
  9. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
