Hemp Seed Encrusted Salmon
This delicious and healthy salmon dish is encrusted with nutritious hemp seeds and served with a tangy mustard sauce.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Dijon mustard - 1/4 cup
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Hemp seeds - 1/2 cup
- Salmon fillets - 4 (6 ounce)
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then press the hemp seeds onto the top of each fillet to form a crust.
- Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add the salmon, hemp seed side down, and cook for 3-4 minutes, until the seeds are golden.
