  1. Preheat the grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine lime juice, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to make a marinade.
  3. Brush the halibut fillets with the marinade on both sides.
  4. Grill the halibut fillets for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  5. Remove the halibut from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes. Then, flake the fish into bite-sized pieces.
  6. In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, chopped cilantro, mayonnaise, and lime juice. Toss to coat the slaw.
