Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the bacon and cook until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the beef and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Add the bell peppers and onions to the skillet. Cook until softened.
  4. Return the bacon and beef to the skillet. Stir in the salsa and cook until heated through.
  5. Sprinkle the cheese over the top of the beef mixture. Cover the skillet and cook until the cheese is melted.
  6. Serve the alambre with tortillas and sliced avocado.
