Halibut and Mango Salsa

Ingredients - Serves 2
- Honey - 1 tablespoon
- Lime juice - 2 tablespoons
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Red onion - 1/4, finely chopped
- Red bell pepper - 1/2, diced
- Mango - 1, diced
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Halibut fillets - 2 fillets
Let's Get Started
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Season the halibut fillets with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the halibut fillets to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
