Hai Green Curry Linguine

Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the linguine according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a large pan over medium heat and add the green curry paste. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the coconut milk to the pan and stir until well combined with the curry paste.
  4. Add the chicken to the pan and cook until no longer pink.
  5. Add the red bell pepper and snow peas to the pan and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
  6. Stir in the garlic, fish sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. Add the cooked linguine to the pan and toss until well coated in the curry sauce.
  8. Serve the linguine topped with fresh basil leaves.
