Ingredients - Serves 4
- Fresh basil leaves - 1/2 cup
- Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
- Onion - 1, thinly sliced
- Green bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
- Red bell pepper - 1, thinly sliced
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Beef sirloin - 1 pound, thinly sliced
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the beef, soy sauce, brown sugar, and garlic. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat.
