Let's Get Started

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add assorted seafood and cook until they start to turn opaque.
  4. Add gochujang, soy sauce, fish sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  5. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Carefully add the soft tofu to the pot, breaking it into chunks.
  7. Simmer for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  9. Serve hot with steamed rice.
