Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, beat the eggs and set aside.
  2. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the green onions, carrot, and red bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
  4. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and pour the beaten eggs into the other side.
  5. Let the eggs cook for a few seconds until they start to set, then gently scramble them with a spatula.
  6. Once the eggs are cooked, mix them with the vegetables.
  7. Add soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  8. Continue cooking for another 1-2 minutes until everything is heated through.
  9. Serve hot as a side dish with rice or as a topping for bibimbap.
