Ingredients - Serves 6

Let's Get Started

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and garlic and cook until the onions are translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the carrots, potatoes, cabbage, salt, black pepper, cumin, and paprika. Stir well to combine.
  5. Pour in the water and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
  6. Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  7. To serve, place a portion of cooked noodles in each bowl and ladle the soup over the noodles.
  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
