- Salt - To taste
- Lime - Juice of 1
- Cilantro - 1/4 cup, chopped
- Jalapeno - 1, seeded and finely chopped
- Red onion - 1/2, finely chopped
- Tomatoes - 2, diced
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Swordfish steaks - 4 (6 ounce)
