Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red pepper flakes - 1 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1/2 cup
- Red wine vinegar - 1/4 cup
- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Fresh cilantro - 1 cup, chopped
- Fresh parsley - 1 cup, chopped
- For chimichurri sauce -
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Ribeye steak - 4 pieces
Let's Get Started
- Preheat your grill to high heat.
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
- Grill the steaks to your desired level of doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- While the steaks are grilling, make the chimichurri sauce. Combine the parsley, cilantro, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, and salt in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
