Grilled Spanish Octopus

- Parsley - For garnish
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Lemon - 1, juiced
- Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 4 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 1/4 cup
- Octopus - 1 whole, cleaned
Let's Get Started
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add the octopus to the bowl and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to marinate.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
