  1. Preheat your grill to high heat and your oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss the potatoes in 2 tablespoons of olive oil, half of the minced garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  3. While the potatoes are roasting, rub the steaks with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill them to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let them rest for a few minutes after grilling.
  4. Toss the asparagus in the remaining olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Add them to the baking sheet with the potatoes during the last 10 minutes of roasting.
  5. Melt the butter in a small saucepan and drizzle it over the steaks before serving.
