- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Butter - 1/2 cup, melted
- Lobster tails - 4

- Cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise down the middle with scissors, then press the tail open.
