Grilled Elk Steak

Ingredients - Serves 4
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1/4 cup
- Olive oil - 1/4 cup
- Elk steaks - 4 (6 ounce)
Let's Get Started
- In a bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, pepper, and salt to make the marinade.
