Ingredients - Serves 4
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Basil leaves - A handful
- Brown sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Fish sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Bamboo shoots - 1 can, drained
- Bell peppers - 2, sliced
- Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
- Coconut milk - 1 can
- Green curry paste - 2 tablespoons
- Chicken breast - 2, cut into bite-sized pieces
Let's Get Started
- Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add the green curry paste and cook for a minute until fragrant.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are no longer pink.
- Pour in the coconut milk, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Stir well.
