Green Bean and Cream Cheese Casserole
This creamy and flavorful green bean casserole is made with fresh green beans, cream cheese, and crispy fried onions.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Fried onions - 1 1/2 cups
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Sour cream - 1/2 cup
- Cream cheese - 8 ounces, softened
- Fresh green beans - 1 pound, trimmed and halved

- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for 5 minutes, or until crisp-tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
