Green Bean and Cheddar Casserole
This delicious green bean and cheddar casserole is a perfect side dish for any occasion.
Ingredients - Serves 6
- Breadcrumbs - 1/2 cup
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Cheddar cheese - 1 cup, shredded
- Milk - 1 cup
- All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
- Onion - 1 medium, diced
- Butter - 2 tablespoons
- Green beans - 1 pound, trimmed and halved

- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the green beans and cook for 5 minutes, or until crisp-tender. Drain and set aside.
