Ingredients - Serves 6

Let's Get Started

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, sugar, and black pepper.
  2. Place the salmon fillet skin-side down on a large piece of plastic wrap.
  3. Sprinkle the salt mixture evenly over the salmon.
  4. Spread the chopped dill over the salt mixture.
  5. Drizzle the mustard and lemon juice over the dill.
  6. Wrap the salmon tightly in the plastic wrap, making sure it is completely covered.
  7. Place the wrapped salmon in a shallow dish and refrigerate for 48 hours, turning it over once halfway through.
  8. After 48 hours, unwrap the salmon and discard the excess liquid and dill.
  9. Slice the gravlaks thinly and serve chilled.
