  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onions and cook until golden brown.
  3. Add minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped green chili. Sauté for a minute.
  4. Add the lamb cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
  5. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  6. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well to coat the lamb with the spices.
  7. Cover the pan and let the lamb cook on low heat for about 45 minutes, or until tender.
  8. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot with rice or naan bread.
