Gorgonzola Walnut Pasta
This creamy, rich pasta dish is made with gorgonzola cheese and toasted walnuts for a delightful combination of flavors.
Ingredients - Serves 4
- Parsley - A handful, chopped
- Salt and pepper - To taste
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Walnuts - 100 grams, toasted and chopped
- Gorgonzola cheese - 200 grams
- Pasta - 400 grams
Let's Get Started
- Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add the gorgonzola cheese to the pan and stir until it melts into a creamy sauce.
- Drain the pasta, reserving some of the pasta water. Add the pasta to the pan with the gorgonzola sauce, adding some of the pasta water if needed to loosen the sauce.
- Stir in the toasted walnuts and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the pasta in bowls, garnished with the chopped parsley.
