Let's Get Started

  1. Cook the rice vermicelli noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the shrimp and pork and set aside.
  3. Dip a rice paper wrapper in warm water until it softens, then lay it flat on a clean surface.
  4. On one edge of the wrapper, place a small amount of noodles, a piece of lettuce, a few mint leaves, a few sprigs of cilantro, some bean sprouts, a slice of pork, and a shrimp.
  5. Roll the wrapper tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  6. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  7. Serve the spring rolls with a dipping sauce of your choice.
