  1. In a large bowl, beat together eggs, bean sprouts, green onions, shrimp, pork, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Scoop about 1/2 cup of the egg mixture into the skillet and flatten to make a pancake. Cook until golden brown, about 2 minutes on each side. Repeat with remaining egg mixture.
