Gochujang

Ingredients - Serves 4

Let's Get Started

  1. In a bowl, combine the gochujang sauce, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Mix well.
  2. Add the sliced chicken to the bowl and toss to coat the chicken in the marinade. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
  5. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add the sliced bell pepper, julienned carrot, and broccoli florets. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are crisp-tender.
  7. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and pour in any remaining marinade. Stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes to coat the chicken and vegetables in the sauce.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Garnish with sliced green onions.
  10. Serve the gochujang chicken stir-fry over cooked rice.
  11. Enjoy!
